ConferenceBrain is an all-in-one platform that lets you manage everything for your live learning events with just one login. Your ConferenceBrain setup becomes your event website, where attendees can register, exhibitors can book booths, and abstracts can be submitted— all hosted securely on our servers.
The process starts with a needs assessment, where we learn about your specific requirements, discuss what data needs to be migrated, and determine any custom features you might need. Once we have an understanding of what solution makes best sense for your needs, we’ll provide you with a clear setup plan and pricing for both implementation and yearly licensing.
After approval, we build a 'staging' version of your website, which only key team members can access. All development and data migration happens here, and after everything is tested and finalized, we’ll train your staff on how to use the platform. Once you’re ready, we transfer your site to our live servers, making it public and officially launching you on the ConferenceBrain platform!
Pricing for ConferenceBrain is based on three primary metrics: the total number of accounts, the number of conferences configured per year, and the number of email blasts delivered per year. Based on these three factors, annual licensing for ConferenceBrain can range from $24,000 - $48,000. Annual licensing includes technical support for the members of your organization.
Set up costs are calculated as a one time fee based on custom programming and data migration services and can range from $15,000 - $30,000.
Concierge Support services, where the ConferenceBrain staff directly communicates and supports your attendees, faculty, exhibitors and sponsors, start at $1,500 per month. Advanced support services like grant development, on-site registration services, and compliance monitoring are quoted individually.
The initial configuration and setup of ConferenceBrain can be done in as little as 2-4 weeks. Custom programming and data migration services can take longer depending on the scope of work.
ConferenceBrain features a modular configuration system that enables features to be deactivated on a case-by-case basis. This enables features that aren't being used to be hidden from your attendees. For example, if you do not currently have a membership program, all functionality related to membership dues, discounted member registration fees, and member only content can be turned off in your ConferenceBrain installation. Then, when you are ready to add these features, they can be easily enabled at no additional charge.
Whether you hold one or ten conferences a year, ConferenceBrain allows you to create and manage each one independently. Attendees, faculty, speakers, abstracts, awards, scholarships, exhibitors, sponsors, social events and educational sessions are all managed per meeting/event/conference and available through a single login.
